How To Order
Online
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

Please have item numbers, color, and sizes ready, along with your shipping and billing information.
Please fax the item number, item description, color, size, and quantity of each item you would like to order. Also include billing and shipping information for the order, including your credit card number and expiration date. If the order is shipping to an address that is different from the billing address for the credit card, make sure you provide the billing address of your credit card. Failure to do so will cause delays in your order. Finally, include your contact information, either phone or email address, in case we have questions about your order.
Sizing
Shipping and Delivery
We ship either UPS, FedEX, or the U.S. Postal Service.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM MT will arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM MT will arrive on the next business day. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
PO Boxes
Shipping to a PO Box is available but only through US Postal Service.
International
Please contact us before placing any order that needs to be shipped to an international address.

Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We recommend Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any item(s) back to us. Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used or send you your requested exchange item. Any items sent to you as exchanges will be shipped at our expense.
Payment and Pricing
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Contact us for any other option.
Warranty
If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. For repairs and warranty issues, please call us for shipping instructions.
Privacy
Your privacy as a Exustar USA customer is important to us. We collect only the information that is necessary to process your order and notify you of any changes to your order. Who doesn’t have concerns about the security of financial information on the internet or anywhere else? If we weren't confident that your order and personal information could be handled safely, we wouldn't provide this service.
We use SSL to encrypt our web pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web. When you see 'https' rather than 'http' in your browser address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.
Any information you type in is encrypted. If you are using Internet Explorer, look for the padlock at the bottom of your browser. This lets you know that you are operating in a secure environment. If you use another browser (Safari, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), please make sure you know how your secure encryption iconography works.
All this means you can safely enter your credit card number and personal information without fear of having it intercepted by anyone. Credit card numbers are stored only on our internal database which is not connected to the internet and is secure.
In addition, we don’t share your information with anyone. We use it only to process your order and if you let us, to inform you of some things you might be interested in.
